Roast Chicken with Lemon and Sage

A super-exciting day of errands and jobs, but we did spent a significant amount of time at the local nursery picking out some seeds and seedlings for our new garden, some herbs for the planters and some flowers to make a house feel like a home. Planting will begin in the morning. All hands will be required on deck. Please make sure you arrive promptly at sun-up. :)

Dinner tonight was a roasted lemon and sage FR chook and vegies, served with slow-roasted corn cobs, pumpkin and potato... Delicious!
